Nevus Sebaceous is a congenital, Hamartomatous lesion primarily found on the scalp or face, characterized by an Overgrowth of sebaceous glands and other Skin components. It presents as a yellowish, Hairless plaque at Birth or early childhood and has a potential, though low, risk of developing into benign or Malignant Tumors later in life.
