Necrolytic migratory erythema (NME) is a distinctive skin rash often associated with glucagonoma, a rare pancreatic tumor that secretes glucagon. This condition is characterized by red, blistering, and erosive lesions that typically appear on the lower abdomen, buttocks, groin, and perineum, and may be accompanied by systemic symptoms such as weight loss and diabetes mellitus.
