Aplastic anemia is a rare and serious condition where the bone marrow fails to produce enough blood cells, leading to fatigue, increased risk of infections, and uncontrolled bleeding. It can be caused by autoimmune disorders, exposure to toxic chemicals, certain medications, or can be idiopathic, and is typically treated with immunosuppressive therapy or bone marrow transplantation.
