Patched Conic Approximation 0
Patched Conic Approximation is a method used in astrodynamics to simplify the analysis of spacecraft trajectories by dividing the trajectory into segments, each influenced by a single celestial body's gravity. This approximation allows for easier calculations by assuming that the spacecraft is under the influence of one gravitational body at a time, switching between them at points called sphere of influence boundaries.
