Myeloablative Conditioning 0
Myeloablative conditioning is a pre-transplantation regimen that involves high-dose chemotherapy and/or radiation to eradicate a patient's bone marrow, facilitating the engraftment of donor stem cells. This approach is often used in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for patients with hematologic malignancies, but it carries significant risks of toxicity and complications such as infection and organ damage.
