Hypomania 0
Hypomania is a mood state characterized by persistent elevated or irritable mood, increased energy, and activity levels, often accompanied by decreased need for sleep and heightened creativity. Unlike full-blown mania, hypomania does not cause significant impairment in social or occupational functioning and lacks psychotic features, but it can escalate into mania or contribute to risky behaviors if left unchecked.
