Hotelling's T-squared distribution is a multivariate statistical distribution used to determine if the means of two groups are significantly different when the data is multivariate and normally distributed. It is an extension of the Student's t-distribution for multivariate hypothesis testing, commonly used in quality control and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA).
