Hilbert's Tenth Problem 0
Hilbert's Tenth Problem asks whether there is an algorithm to determine if a given Diophantine equation has an integer solution. The problem was resolved in 1970 when Yuri Matiyasevich, building on work by Martin Davis, Hilary Putnam, and Julia Robinson, proved that no such algorithm exists, showing the problem to be undecidable.
