The Fixed-Effects Model is a statistical approach used to control for unobserved variables that are constant over time, allowing for the isolation of the impact of variables that change over time. It is particularly useful in panel data analysis where the same entities are observed across multiple time periods, helping to eliminate bias from omitted variables that do not vary within an entity.
