Adobe RGB is a color space developed by Adobe Systems in 1998 to encompass most of the colors achievable on CMYK color printers but by using RGB primary colors on a computer display. It is widely used in photography and professional graphic design as it offers a broader gamut of colors compared to the commonly used sRGB color space.
